  • Prohibited Items: Ensure that your listings comply with local laws and GoVelora™ policies. Illegal, stolen, or unauthorized items, as well as weapons, are strictly forbidden.

Seller Accountability and Transparency

  • Clear Descriptions: All listings must provide clear, detailed descriptions, including any known defects or damage.
  • Image Authenticity: Use original photos that clearly show the product’s current condition. Stock photos or images of a similar product without disclosure are prohibited.
  • Return and Refund Policy: Clearly outline any return or refund policy, if applicable. Sellers are expected to honor this policy and handle returns promptly and professionally.
  • Respect Transaction Timelines: Sellers must ship items promptly and complete digital deliveries as specified. Delays, especially without communication, may lead to penalties.

Buyer Responsibilities and Fair Practices

  • Verify Listings: Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly review listings and contact sellers with any questions before purchasing.
  • No Chargeback Fraud: Initiating chargebacks without a valid reason is prohibited. Buyers attempting to fraudulently obtain refunds or avoid payment obligations will face penalties.
  • Feedback Responsibility: Leave fair, honest, and respectful feedback. Abusive or defamatory language in reviews is not tolerated and may be removed.

Transaction Safety and Payment Policies

  • Language and Tone: Avoid using all-caps, aggressive language, or sarcasm in communication. Maintain a professional tone at all times.

Transparency in Digital Product Sales

  • Digital Item Authenticity: All digital products (e.g., game codes, software, e-books) must be original, licensed, and legally owned by the seller.
  • Digital Delivery Standards: Clearly state the delivery process for digital items, and ensure that files are secure, free from viruses, and promptly delivered as agreed.
  • No Hidden Fees or Costs: The listed price must reflect the total cost. Hidden charges or unexpected fees are prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Confidentiality of Personal Information: Respect others' privacy. Do not disclose personal, financial, or transaction information without consent. Doxxing or sharing someone’s private information will lead to immediate and permanent bans.
  • Secure File Sharing: For digital products, use secure sharing methods. Sellers should avoid sending items via unsecured or unverified links.
  • GDPR and Data Compliance: All members must follow GoVelora’s™ data protection guidelines, which comply with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.

Prohibition of Third-Party Deals and Off-Platform Transactions

  • No Off-Platform Transactions: All sales must be conducted on GoVelora™. Soliciting or participating in transactions outside the platform is unsafe and prohibited.
  • Third-Party Service Restrictions: Do not use GoVelora™ to promote external services, recruit for other platforms, or drive traffic to other sites unless authorized.

Commitment to Quality and Value

  • High-Quality Listings: GoVelora™ encourages high-quality listings with clear photos, detailed descriptions, and fair pricing. Low-quality or deceptive listings may be removed.
  • Encourage Sustainable Practices: When possible, promote sustainability by providing detailed descriptions and product lifespan expectations, particularly for secondhand or vintage items.

Dispute Resolution and Moderation Oversight

  • Doxxing and Harassment: Sharing personal information or harassing other users.

Reporting and Escalation Guidelines

If you witness or experience any violation of these rules, please report it immediately:
